Meditation is known as” Dhyana”. The practice of meditation is designed to be restful; and to give you a sense of well-being. Many practice meditation while incorporating yoga; a strengthening of the mind, and the body. With the proper instruction, one can let themselves go to a place where they are completely at ease, where they are in touch with their inner selves, and find a way of coping with the stress that surrounds us daily. Practice of yoga and meditation improves your outlook, and contributes to your physical and mental well-being. Both can be done on your own, or accomplished with a close friend or family member for additional enjoyment.
